The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake

Burton Marine built a concrete boat moorage facility of 165 slips for our project, The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake. Prior to awarding the contract to them, Steve gave me a tour of several other boat slip facilities and highlighted the advantages of going with an all-concrete facility. The advantages were obvious: longevity, low maintenance, stable walking surface, etc. I felt these advantages outweighed the extra cost vs wood.

The boat slips were built and installed by Burton in three phases from 2013 to 2016. Burton delivered on time, on budget, and we are very happy with the quality. The facility looks and feels great and fits the image we try to create at The Cottages.

I would have no hesitation to work with Burton Marine in the future.

To whom it may concern,

It gives me great pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of Burton Marine Pile Driving. Choosing the Burton team to help design, construct, and install our new 260 slip marina was a great decision. I truly believe they were looking out for our interests as much as we were.

Prior to awarding the contract, Burton Marine took the time to show us
other marinas and highlight the pros and cons of different kinds of
construction. It soon became apparent that their floating concrete
systems were what we wanted. It gave us the high-end quality we were
looking for at a reasonable cost.

As the project progressed, they were always adaptable to any changes we
wished to make. They committed to our schedule and needs, and
delivered our beautiful marina on time and on budget.

We found Burton Marine to be committed to their clients and product and
believe you could do no better than having them leading your project.
Please feel free to come and view our marina at 3514 Mabel Lake Road,
Enderby, B.C. or give me a call if you have any questions.
